Being a by,law to exempt Black 2& Plan 40M-
I "JO, Picttering,/rom part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. chapter
P. 13. the council of the municipality may by by-law prmide that section 50¢5} of the Act docs
not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW TtlEREFORE, thc Council of tbe ('ori~ration of thc Town of Pickering itEREBY
ENACTS AS FOI.!A)WS:
1, Section 50{.fi} of lhe Planning .4c/, R.S.(), I qqo, chapter P, 13. does not apply lo the lands
