BY-LAW NO, 5073/97
Being a by-law to authorize the execution q'a Release oJ
a Site Plan Agreement respecting those parts of Lot 9,
Plan 585, Picketing, designated as' Parts I, 2 and 3, Plan
40R-2633.
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and Satya
Sanatan Dharma Cultural Sabha of Canada dated March 26, 1992 and registered on July 16, 1992, as
Instrument No. D392217;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of thc Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release. in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated March 26. 1992 and registered July 16, 1992 as
Instrument No. D392217. between Thc Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Satya Sanatan
Dharma Cultural Sabha of Canada.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.
