THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 5072/97
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 210.52, 210.73,
210.124-126, 210.131,310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby furlher amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Burnside Drive. Bambridge Drive, Marshcourt Drive, Banbury Court, Fairfield Crescent,
Beechlawn Drive, and Ashtbrd Drive
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1997.
