THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 5071/97
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement.
(Burnside Drive, Bainbridge Drive, Marshcourt Drive,
Banbury Court, Fairfield £Yescent, Beechlawn Drive and
Asbfl~rd Drive)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M45, section 236.6, the Council of
The Corporation of the Iown of Pickering enacted By-law 1416/82 providing [br the regulation and
licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Tov, n of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 1416/82. as amended, is hereby thrther amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Burnside Drive, Bambddgc Drive, Marshcourt [)rive. Banbury Court, Fairfield Crescent,
Beechlawn Drive and Ashford Drive.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5h day of August, 1997.
