WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13 the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law',
NOW TItEREFORE. the Council of t:~e Ct,rporation of the Town of Pickering HEREItY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1, Section 50(5) of thc Planning Act. R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to thc lands
described as tbllows:
Lots 12. Platl 4OM- 1706, Picketing.
