THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF P!~KERING
.BY-LAW NO. 5057/97
Being a by.law to exempt Lots 17, 18 and 27, Plan 4OM.
1877 Picketing, ,/kom part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning .4,~'t, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 17, 18 and 27, Plan 40M-1877, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of June, 1997.
