AMENDS
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 5053/97
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Appleview Road,
Plan 1051, Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-
10631, save and except Part Z Plan 40R-11864, as public
highway (Appleview Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner part of Appleview Road, Plan
1051, Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-10631 and wishes to dedicate a portion of the Part 4
lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Part of Appleview Road, Picketing, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-10631, save and except Part
2, Plan 4OR- 11864 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Appleview Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of June, 1997.
