WHEP, JEAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning/lct, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing itEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
