THE CORPORATION OF T[t~ TOWN OF PICI~IR[NQ
BY-LAW NO. 5047/97
Being a by-law ~'o dedicate those parts of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering designated as Parts 6, 7 and 8,
Plan 40R. 17520 as public highway (Acorn Lane).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Picketing, designated as Parts 6, 7 and 8, Plan 40R-17520 and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That those parts of Lot 20, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Parts 6, 7 and 8, Plan 40R-
17520, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Acorn Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of June, 1997.
