BY-LAW NO, 5046/97 ~i
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Block 24, Plan
40M-1538, Pickering, designated as Parts 14 and 17,
Plan 40R. 17151, as public highway (Acorn Lane).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Block 24, Plan
40M-1538, Pickering, designated as Parts 14 and 17, Plan 40R-17151, arid wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Block 24, Plan 40M-1538. Picketing, designated as Parts 14 and 17, Plan 40R-
17151 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Acorn Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of June, 1997.
