~AS it is deemed expedient that the proc~dings of the Council of the Co~oration of the Town of
Pickefin8 at t~s meeting be con,ed and adopted by By-law;
NOW T~FO~ T~ CO~CIL OF ~ CO,OPTION OF T~ TO~ OF PIC~G
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Thc action of the Council of the Co~oration of thc Town of Picketing at its meeting held on the
20th day of May, 1997. ~ respect of each recommendation contained in the Repo~s of the
Co~ttees ~d each motion and resolution passed and other action taken by the Council of the
Co~oration of the Town of Pickefin8 at t~s meeting, is hereby adopted and confi~ed as if a~
such proceMings were expressly embodi~ in this By-law;
2. The Mayor ~d proper o~ciais of t~,c Co~oration of the Town of Picketing are hereby
authorized and dirked to do all things ne~s~ to ~ve eff~ to the action of the Council of
the Co~oration of the To~ of Picketing refe~ed to in the preceding section hereo~
3. The Mayor ~d Clerk ~e her~y authofiz~ ~d ditched to ex~utc all documents necessa~ in
thru beh~f~d to a~x thereto the Se~ of the Co~oration of the Town of Picketing
By-law read a First. Second and Third time and finally PASSED this 20th day of May. 1997.
