DISPOSITION
THE CORPORATION OF THE TO~ OF P[CKERING
By~LAWNQ~ SO 17/97
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
a Site Plan Agreetn~nt respecting £ots 8, 9, 11, 12, 14,
15, 17 and 18, Plan M. I040, Pickerlng, save and except
that part of £ot 18, Plan M. I040, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R.8708.
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and Slimline
Pipe !nc., dated April 22, 1987 and registered on May 1 !, ! 987 as Instrument No. LT324138;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated April 22, 1987 and registered May 11, 1987 as
Instrument No. LT324138, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Slimline Pipe
Inc.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of May, 1997.
RELEASE
In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2,00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges

his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages,
actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to a Site Plan Agreement registered as Instrument No. LT324138 on May 11, 1987, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
SLIMLINE P1PE INC.
insofar as it relates to Lots 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17 and 18, Plan M-1040, Pickering, save and except that
part of Lot 18, Plan M-1040, Pickering, designated as Pan 1, Plan 40R-8708.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 20th day of May, 1997.
