B~ing a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By. laws
2811/88, respecting Lots 1-5. inclusive, Plan 40M-1509,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council ora municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 281 !/88 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of May, 1997.
