WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal .4ct, R.S.O. 1990. chapter M.45. section 236.6, the Council of
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1416/83 providing for the regulation and
licensing of places of amusement;
NOW TttEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of thc Town of Pickering ltF. REBY ENACTS AS
