Being a by-law to exempt Lots 10-13, 20-22, 75-79 and
Blocks 96-100, Plan 40M-1664, Picketing, from part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Plmming Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter I,
the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to
certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the laods
described as follows:
Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21, 22, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79 and Blocks 96, 97, 98, 99 and 100, Plan
40M-1664, PickeriJ)g.
2. This by-law shall not co,ne into effect until approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of December, 1991.
