BY-LAW NUMBER 3904/91
Being a by-law to provide for the
appointment of Auditors for the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
Whereas pursuant to Section 88(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
c. 302, as amended, the council of every municipality shall by
by-law appoint for term of five years or less one or more auditors
who are licensed under the Public Accountancy Act;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The firm of Deloitte and Touche are hereby appointed as the
Auditors of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering for a term
to expire on December 31, 1994.
2. This by-law shall take effect on January l, 1992.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
16th day of December, 1991.
