flY-LAW NO. 3903/91
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Quit
Claim of storm sewer easement over Part Lot 3, Block B,
Plan 65, Pickering (Parts 1 and 4, Plan 40R-13727).
WHEREAS, by Instrument No. 96156, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of a
storm sewer easement over part of Lot 3, Block B, Plan 65, Picketing, which easement has become
superfluous by virtue of the relocation of the storm sewer and the transfer to the Town of an alternate
easement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter 302, section 193(1),
the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for disposing of land when
no longer requixed for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim, in the form attached
hereto as Schedule A, by which The Corporatinn of the Town of Pickering quits claim to and
forever abandons the easement set out in Instrument No. 96156, respecting that pan of Lot 3,
Block B, Plan 65, Picketing, designated as Parts I and 4, Plan 40R-13727.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of December, 1991.
