Haddlesey and Rosemary Haddlesey (Part 3, Plan 40R-13855; LD153/91). WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 19, Plan 40M-1649, Picketing, being a reserve adjacent to Fiddlers Court, Picketing, and no longer requires that part of the block designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-13855; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 193(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass byqaws for disposh~g of lands no longer required for its purposes; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of lhat pail of Block 19, Plan 40M-1649, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-13855, from The Corporation of the Town of Picketing to Jmnes B. Haddlesey and Rosemary Haddlesey (LD153/91). BY-LAW read a first, second and third lime and finally passed this 16th day of December, 1991.
