BY-LAW _NO, 3900/91
Being a by-law to request the Minister of Municipal
Affairs to make an Order under subsection 56(1) of the
Planning Act, 1983, respecting 1245 Bayview Avenue,
Pickering (Lot 36, Platt M-90, Pickering; Municipal
Savings & Loan).
WIIEREAS, by Application dated October 30, 1991, The Municipal Savings & Loan Corporation has
applied to the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing for the enactment of a by-law under
subsection 56(2) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter l, requesting the Minister of Municipal
Affairs of the Province of Ontario to make an Order under subsection 56( I ) of the Act in respect of Lot
36, Plan M-90, Picketing, providing that the contravention of section 49 of the Act created by the
registration in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) on June 13,
I988, of Instrument Number LT389527, being a Charge/Mortgage of Lot 36, Plan M-90, Picketing, by
Ross Taylor, as chargor/mortgagor, in favour of The Municipal Savings & Loan Corporation, as
chargee/mortgagee, does not have and shall be deemed never to have had the effect of preventing the
conveyance of or creation of any interest in that land;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Minister of Municipal Affairs of fl~e Province of Ontario is hereby respectfully requested
to make an Order under subsection 56(1) of the Plann#tg Act, 1983, S. O. 1983. chapter 1, in
respect of Lot 36, Plan M-90, Picketing, providing that the contravention of section 49 of the
Act created by the registration in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Divisinn of
Durham (No. 40) on June 13, 1988, of Instrument Number LT 389527, being a
Charge/Mortgage of Lot 36, Plan M-90, Pickering, by Ross Taylor, as chargor/mortgagor, in
favour of The Municipal Savings & Loan Corporation, as chargee/mortgagee, does not have
mid shall be deemed never to have had the effect of preventing the conveyance of or creation of
any interest in that land.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of December, 1991.
