BY-LAW NUMBER 3895/91
Being a by-law to lengthen the school
bus loading zone on the south side of
Rougemount Drive.
Whereas By-law Number 2359/87, as amended, provides for regulating
of parking, standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways
under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
and on private and municipal property and to designate school bus
loading zones; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend that by-law to lengthen the
school bus loading zone on the south side of Rougemount Drive;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "G" to By-law 2359/87 is amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Rougemount South
Drive
25 metres east of
Altona Road and 90
metres east of Altona
Road
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday to Friday
and substituting therefore the following:
Rougemount South
Drive
25 metres east of
Altona Road and 155
metres east of Altona
Road
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
16th day of December, 1991.
