BY-LAW NUMBER 3894/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87
{Parking) to provide for permit
parking on a portion of Ilona Park Road
Whereas pursuant to the provisions of paragraph ll8 of section 210
of the Municipal Act, R.SoO. 1980, C. 302, as amended, the council
of a local municipality may pass by-laws to allow for permit parking;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Paragraph (a) of subsection 2 of section 13 of By-law 2359/87 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the word "reserved" and
substituting therefore the words "south side of the south leg
of Ilona Park Road from 73 metres west of Liverpool Road to 140
metres west of Liverpool Road."
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 16th day of December, 1991.
