BY-LAW NO. 3881/91
Being a by-law to dedicate as public highway, those
parts of Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated
as Parts 2 and 3, Plan 40R-13279 (McKay Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 16, Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3, Plan 40R-13279 and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3, Plan
40R-13279, are hereby dedicated as public highway (McKay Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of October, 1991.
