BY-LAW NO, 3880/91
Being a by-law to dedicate as public highway, Block~ 46
and 47, Plan 40M-1600, Pickering (Cottonwood Circle).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 46 and 47, Plan
40M-1600, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Blocks 46 and 47, Plan 40M-1600, Picker'mg, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Cottonwood Circle).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and fmally passed this 15th day of October, 1991.
