BY-LAW NUMBER 3865/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to
establish a a 40 kilometre per hour speed
limit on Strouds Lane
Whereas By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on various
local roads;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
Hereby Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 264/76, is hereby amended by adding the
following:
Strouds Lane
From To
Spruce Hill Road
Shadybrook Drive
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and Passed this 8th day of
October, 1991.
