BY-LAW NUMBER 3864/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87
to prohibit parking on a portion of
Glengrove Road and a potion of
Shadybrook Drive.
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the
jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on
private and municipal property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on a portion of
Glengrove Road and on a portion of Shadybrook Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Highway Side
Glengrove Road Both
Shadybrook Drive Both
Between/And
130 metres west
of Glenview Road
and 190 metres
west of Glenview
Road
280 metres south
of Briarwood Gate
and 345 metres south
of Briarwood Gate
Prohibited
