BY-LAW NO. 3861/91
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 22 and 23, Plan
40M-1662, Pickering, as public highway (Rosebank
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 22 and 23, Plan
40M-1662, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Blocks 22 and 23, Plan 40M-1662, Picketing, axe hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and f'mally passed this 7th day of October, 1991.
