Being a by-law to dedicate Block 59, Plan 40M-1403,
Pickering, as public highway (Highview Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 59, Plan 40M-1403,
Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 59, Plan 40M-1403, Picker'mg, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Highview Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of October, 1991.
