BY-LAW NO. 3836/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1473182 respecting
reduced load periods on Kirkwood Lane, Montclair
Lane, Aberfoyle Court and Highview Road.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.198, s.104a(7), the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1473/82 designating the date on which a reduced
load period shall start or end and the highway or portion thereof under its jurisdiction to which the
designation applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A of By-law 1473/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Kirkwood Lane, Momclair Lane, Aberfoyle Court and Highview Road
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1991.
