BY-LAW NO. 3829/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1473/82 respecting
reduced load periods on Greenvale Crescent.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.198, s,104a(7), the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1473/82 designating the date on which a reduced
load period shall start or end and the highway or portion thereof under its jurisdiction to which the
designation applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A of By-law 1473/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Greenvale Crescent
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1991.
