BY-LAW NO. 3817/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal property (Greenvale Crescent,
Kirkwood Lane, Springview Drive and Woodside Lane).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, ss.210.45, 210.66, 210.118-120,
210.125, 310.2 and 315.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law
2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACrS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule I of By-law 2359/87 is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following items:
Greenvale Crescent, Kirkwood Lane, Springview Drive and Woodside Lane
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1991.
