BY-LAW NUMBER 3806/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Charnwood Court, Fernham Street
and Whites Road as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Picketing as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate
Charnwood Court, Fernham Street and Whites Road as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding the following:

This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 16th day of
September, 1991.
