Being a By-law to authorize the
Reeve and Clerk to sign an Agreement
dated July 1, 1971, between the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Dagmar Construction Ltd.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to sign
an Agreement dated July 1, 1971, between the Corpora-
tion of the Township of Pickering and Dagmar
Construction Ltd., said Agreement will permit the
use of the Valley Farm Road for purposes of
vehicular traffic carrying granular material in."-" ess
of gross weight restrictions as prescribed for a Class
B highway under the Highways Traffic Act of Ontario or
the Municipal Act.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this 1 day of j"ut 1971.
