BY-LAW NUMBER 1071/79
Being a by-law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway (part of Lot 6, Plan
818 - Part 2, Plan 40R-3170, Fairport
Road North).
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is
the owner in fee simple of certain lands known as
Part of Lot 6, Plan 818, being Part 2 on Plan 40R-3170,
Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those
lands as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, 'the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby
made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated
as a public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 17th day of December, 1979.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 1071/79
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
in the Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality
of Durham (formerly the Township of Pickering in the
County of Ontario) and Province of Ontario and being
composed of that part of Lot 6, Plan 818, designated
as Part 2 on a plan of survey of record registered
in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Durham as Plan 40R-3170.
