BY-LAW NUMBER 1044/79
Being a by-law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway (Part Lot 20, Range 3,
B.F.C. - Part 6, Plan WR-82, Alliance Road)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of certain lands in Lot 20, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession, being Part 6 on Plan WR-82,
Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands
as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as a
public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 4th day of September, 1979,

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land in the
Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham
(formerly the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario)
and Province of Ontario and being composed of that part of
Lot 20, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 6
on a plan of survey of record registered in the Land Titles
Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan WR-82.
