BY-LAW NO. 1026/79
Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway (1 foot reserve, west
end of Greenridge Drive, Plan 555).
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is
the owner in fee simple of a 1 foot reserve at the west
end of Greenridge Drive, Plan 555, Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those
lands as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" hereto, are hereby dedicated as a public high-
way.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 30th day of July , 1979.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and prem-
ises in the Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of
Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of all of
the one foot reserve at the westerly end of Greenridge Drive,
between Lots 5 and 6, all according to and as shown on a
plan of subdivision registered in the Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Durham as Plan 555.
