Seconded by Councillor Ryan
That Notice of a Special Meeting of Council pursuant to By-law Number 3665/92 having
properly been given and pursuant to Section 239(4) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O.
2001, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct
a closed meeting to discuss two land matters.

regarding a land acquisition was discussed.
2. Councillor Holland discussed the possible land purchase by Mr. McKean.
