BY-LAW NO. 4551/95
Being a by-law to appoint the firm of Deloitte and Touche
as the Town Auditor for the period January 1, 1995 to
July 31, 1995
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 86(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter
M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering shall appoint for a term of five years or
less one or more municipal auditors;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The firm of Deloitte and Touche is hereby appointed Town Auditor for the period January 1,
1995 to July 31, 1995.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of January, 1995.
