BY-LAW NO. 1536 /82
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 1372/81,
authorizing the execution of a Subdivision
Agreement between Nu-West Group Limited
(formerly Nu-West Development Corporation)
and the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
respecting Part Lot 23, Concession 2,
Pickering (Draft Plan 18T-80043)
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1981, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 1372/81 authorizing the execution
of a Subdivision Agreement between Nu-West Development Corporation
and the Corporation of the Town of Pickering respecting Part Lot 23,
Concession 2, Pickering and the development thereof by Draft Plan
18T-80043; and
WHEREAS, Nu-West Development Corporation is now known as Nu-West
Group Limited;
NOW THEREFORE, The Council of the Coporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 of By-Law 1372/81 is hereby amended by deleting
the name "Nu-West Development Corporation" from the third
line thereof and by substituting the name "Nu-West Group
Limited" therefor.
Schedule "A" to By-Law 1372/81 is hereby amended by deleting
the name "Nu-West Development Corporation" from the first
and twentieth pages thereof and by substituting the name
"Nu-West Group Limited" therefoL
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
5th day of July, 1982.
