HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2574/87THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 2574 /87 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer of Block C, Plan M-1040, Pickering to Captain Developments Limited (LD 263-4/87; Squires Beach Road). WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 193 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the Council of a municipal corporation may sell any land previously acquired for its purposes when no longer still required; and WHEREAS, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of part of Block C, Plan M-1040, Pickering, for the purposes Squires Beach Road and such reserve is no longer required: Pickering acquired that of a reserve adjacent to NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, conveying Block C, Plan M-1040, Pickering, to Captain Developments Limited for the sum of $2.00.
