WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickerlng, designated as Parts 24 and 25, Plan 40R-4715, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Those parts of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as Parts 24 and 25, Plan 40R-4715, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Sandstone Manor).
