BY-LAW NO.2547/87
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of
Transfers of Storm Sewer Easements in Plan
40M-1447, from Liverpool Finch Developers Inc. to
The Corporation of the Town of Pickering, over
Part Lots 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 14, 17, 18, 30 and 31,
Plan 40M-1447, Pickering (Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7 and 8, Plan 40R-10195; Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and
6, Plan 40R-10193).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering requires storm sewer easements
over those parts of Lots 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 14, 17, 18, 30 and 31, Plan 40M-1447,
Picketing, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Plan 40R-10195 and Parts
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-10193, for the purpose of draining storm water through
Plan 40M-1447, and pursuant to the provisions of section 193 of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
may pass by-laws for acquiring interests in lands;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing ttEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Transfers of Storm
Sewer Easements, in the form attached hereto as Schedules A, B, C, D and E,
from Liverpool Finch Developers Inc. to The Corporation of the Town of Picker-
ing over those parts of Lots 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 14, I7, 18, 30 and 31, Plan
40M-1447, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Plan
40R-10195 and Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-10193.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of Au-
gust, 1987.

INVESTHENTS LTD. and IDA TEI~ holder of Charge No. LT311326 hereby postpones and
subordinates the said Charge to the easements herein created and transferred.
~D OLE~ ENTERPRISES LIMITED the ~revious holder of a ~/15th interest in Charge
LT311326 transferred its interest by Instrument No. Zf~/~fll to Yasmin Ferreira (as
a 2/15th interest) and Nurray ~arsh (as to a 2/15~h interest) and Yasmin Ferreira and
Hurray ~arsh hereby postpone and subordinate the said Charge to the easements herein
created and transferred.
THE encumbrancers do hereby loin to postpone any riihCs or interes~s ~hich they have
in ~he land described in Box 5 herein ~i~h the inten~ ~ha~ this easement
shall take e~ect as though executed and reiiscered prior to the creation of such rights
or iCneres~s of the encumbrancers and prior ~o the execution and registration of any
mortgage, agreement or other document creating or de,yinS such rights or interests of
the encumbrancers.

shall have priority over the rights of the encumbrancers in the land affected by this
