By-law No. 8280/26
Being a by-law to establish Part of Lots 46 and 47, RCP 1051, being Parts 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-
33081 and Part of Lot 48, RCP 1051, being Part 22,
Plan 40R-23842, as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner Part of Lots 46 and 47, RCP 1051, being Parts 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-33081 and Part of Lot 48, RCP 1051, being Part 22, Plan 40R-23842 and wishes to establish it as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1.Part of Lots 46 and 47, RCP 1051, being Parts 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-33081 and Part of Lot 48, RCP 1051, being Part 22, Plan 40R-23842 are herebyestablished as public highway (Goldenridge Road).
By-law passed this 22nd day of June, 2026.
