By-law No. 8256/26
Being a by-law to establish Part of Lot 24, Concession 4, being Part 4, Plan 40R-31941, as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Part of Lot 24, Concession 4, being Part 4, Plan 40R-31941 and wishes to establish it as public
highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1.Part of Lot 24, Concession 4, being Part 4, Plan 40R-31941 is hereby
established as public highway (Elizabeth Mackenzie Drive).
By-law passed this 27th day of April, 2026.
