BY-LAW NO.2441/87
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of
Transfers of Part Block W-l, Plan M-1058,
Picketing, to Rick Wecker]e (Part 4, Plan
40R-10182) and Bruno and Zwetana Weckerle (Part
5, Plan 40R-10182) (LD 97-98/87; New Street).
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 193 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 302, the Council of a municipal corporation may sell any land previously
acquired for its purposes when no longer still required; and
WHEREAS, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing acquired that
part of Block W-l, Plan M-1058, Pickering designated as Parts 4 and 5, Plan
40R-10182, for the purposes of a reserve adjacent to New Street and such reserve is
no longer required:
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A conveying that part of Block W-l, Plan M-1058,
Picketing, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-10182 to Rick Weckerle for the sum of
$2.OO.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer in the form
attached hereto as Schedule B conveying that part of Block W-i, Plan M-1058,
Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-10182 to Bruno Weckerle and Zwetana
Weckerle for the sum of $2.00.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of April,
1987.
