BY-LAW NO. 2393/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 2010/85 which
authorizes the execution of a Subdivision Agree-
ment between Grand Oak Homes (Eastern Division)
Inc. and The Corporation of the Town of Picker-
ing, respecting Part Lot 20, Concession 2,
Picketing, (Draft Plan 18T-79088).
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter
1, section 50(6), on May 6, 1985 the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacted By-law 2010/85 authorizing the execution of a Subdivision Agree-
ment between Grand Oak Homes (Eastern Division) Inc. and The Corporation of the
Town of Picketing respecting Part Lot 20, Concession 2, Picketing, (Draft Plan
18T-79088) which authorization has not been acted upon and will not be acted upon
with respect to the version of the Subdivision Agreement in that by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2010/85 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
