BY-LAW NO. 236q87
Being a By-law to exempt Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
and 11, Plan 40M-1450, Pickerlng from part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Plan 40M-1450, Picketing.
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal~
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this lqth day of
January, 1987.
