Being a by-law to dedicate as public highway, Blocks 56
and 57, Plan 40M-1507, Pickering (Senator Street and
Lancrest Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 56 and 57, Plan
40M-1507, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Block 56, Plan 40M-1507, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Senator Street).
Block 57, Plan 40M-1507, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Lancrest Street).
BY-LAW read a f'rrst, second and third time and finally passed this~ day of August, 1991.
