Being a by-law to dedicate Block 18, Plan 40M-1649,
Pickering, as public highway (Fiddlers Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 18, Plan 40M-1649,
Picketing, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 18, Plan 40M-1649, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fiddlers Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this~ day of August, 1991.
