BY-LAW NO. 3791/91
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 3742/91, stopping-up
and closing part of the road allowance between Lots 34
and 35, Concession 1, Pickering, as public highway and
authorizing the sale thereof to the abutting owner (Parts
16 and 17, Plan 40R-13600; part of Pinegrove Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of a section of public highway
known as Pinegrove Road, being that part of the road allowance between Lots 34 and 35, Concession 1,
Pickering, designated as Parts 16 and 17, Plan 40R-13600; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, sections 193(1 ),
298(1)(c), 298(1)(d) and 316, on June 24, 1991, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering passed By-law 3742/91 stopping up that land as highway and authorizing the sale thereof at a
fixed price; and
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to repeal By-law 3742/91;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 3742/91 is hereby repealed.
