BY-LAWNO. 3788/91
Being a by-law to dedicate Block A, Plan M-1128,
Pickering, as public highway (Dahlia Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block A, Plan M-1128,
Picketing, which it desires to dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
c.302, s.298;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block A, Plan M4 128, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Dahlia Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7Xfi day of August, 1991.
